Ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare executive with proven ability of leadership, organization development, management and planning who will provide corporate leadership and direction. Responsibilities include oversight of multiple locations and departments as well as daily operations for an employee count of over 200. The CEO serves as a consultant to each site/department/physician as to their cost centers, patient care concerns, workflow, medical and administrative staff, hiring, forecasting, profits and losses, and career development and success. The CEO must maintain current and develop future relationships with Insurance Payers, financial institutions, Billing Company and other vendors while monitoring gaps and issues within those companies. The CEO oversees all aspects of financial reporting including statements, projections, cost accounting, budgets, and monthly physician and shareholder reports and all insurance regulations, requirements and new and upcoming policies while maintaining the highest level of profitability, while ensuring optimal patient health.
Physician Recruiting, as well as development of a mentoring program for all new physicians/providers, especially in Primary Care as well as specialty medicine is of utmost importance.

Ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare executive who has a track record of leadership, organization development, management and planning and must be capable of immediately stepping in to manage one of the regions premier orthopaedic groups. The MMI division of CAO, a regional musculoskeletal practice, provides orthopaedic, PM&R, rheumatology, OT and PT care. Responsibilities are broad and include management of all non-clinical areas of the diverse medical and surgical practice including, finance, HR, RCM, operations, administration, practice development and strategic planning.
Individual reports to the President and Governing Board and participates in the design of, and is directly responsible for, implementing the mission and vision of both the division and the larger corporate entity.
This key executive will provide corporate leadership and direction. Must have an intimate understanding of payers and payer relationships, including commercial, governmental and workers compensation. Successful candidate will have knowledge of, and experience with EHR implementation, and be proficient in organizing a highly functional work team, delegating while managing multiple details and projects simultaneously. Education, Training and Experience:
