Position Summary:
The Director of Operations is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and supporting successful clinic growth. Operational oversight includes patient clinics, doctor's assistants, medical records and x-ray, IT, billing and accounts recovery, transcription. Responsible for facility management of four offices.
Knowledge of orthopedic clinical operations or health care practices, procedures, and standards is preferred. This position also requires an understanding of Human Resources principles and practices and will assist in all clinical support. Position will report to the CEO.
Must have a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
Must have physician practice experience, orthopedics preferred.
Experience with Allscripts highly preferred.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts prompt, thorough screenings and assessments of psychosocial circumstances, functional impairment, pain, depression, and anxiety of patients with chronic illnesses.
• Makes determination on the nature of emotional and behavioral problems to be addressed and the level of therapy required.
• Defines treatment plans to establish goals and objectives of treatment.
• Writes objectives in clear, measurable terms, emphasizing behaviors that are required to move the client to a lower level of care.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters Degree or Higher in social work, counseling or psychology or related field
• Independently licensed mental health professional
• Ideal candidate would have experience/advanced training in somatic and trauma informed interventions (I.e. T-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing).
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
• LCSW-C, LPC or PSY D
• Licensed in Maryland or willing to obtain licensure.

Reporting to the CEO, the V.P of Finance will have the responsibility of all aspects of the Accounting & Finance division; review and analyze all financial activities of the Practice, drive the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, and develop staff directives that prioritize increases in revenue and promote fiscal responsibility. Other responsibilities include; participate with the CEO in planning related to maximizing the Organization’s profits and strategies towards the Organization’s growth and future; reporting monthly on productivity outliers and individually meeting with specific providers to review PNLs and discuss formal action plans towards success for the individual provider as well as the department as a whole; oversight of both the RCM and Population Health Operations; manage the accounting and finance staff, identify potential staffing and/or resource needs, assess departmental functionality and determine training and development needs.
